FIRST NORTH EUROPEAN CONGRESS ON FOOD

NEFood – 2012

On behalf of scientific and organizing committees we are pleased to invite you to active participation in the First North European Congress on Food (NEFood 2012) which will be held on 22 – 24 April 2012 in hotel Holiday Inn “Moskovskiye Vorta”, St. Petersburg, Russia and organized by RUSFoST in cooperation with EFFoST, IUFoST, EHEDG and GHI.

The congress program will focus on recent developments in the field of innovative technology, Food Safety, manufacturing and design of food equipment, Functional and bioactive food, new trends in food safety, impact of food on human health.

This Congress will also provide a unique opportunity for various specialists, researchers, technologists, producers, dieticians, young scientists, students and graduate students to present their work, to become acquainted with the achievements of colleagues, to establish contacts and discuss the prospects of mutually beneficial international cooperation.

We hope, that this meeting in St. Petersburg will start a new congress series regularly held in one of North European countries, to highlight achievements and future needs of food research across Northern Europe and beyond, and which finally will become a new pan-European forum
